I was told also that I needed to fill out a form for a refund and refunds take 10-15 days. To speak with a supervisor I was told will take 48 hours because no supervisor is on hand to take calls. Having to change my password multiple times. After being on the phone with customer service for 55 minutes I couldn’t even download my documents. They don’t wave a magic wand to get your passport quicker. Basically all this company is doing is having you fill out the passport application and providing a label for you. Also you still have to go into an approved agency and pay the $35 to send all your documents. ![]() They make it seem that you’re paying for the passport as well. For one they don’t tell you their fees is $190 addition to $200 for the actual passport. ![]() They come recommended by many sites, but I would never recommend them to anyone. Do not trust this company if you have upcoming travel. Issue #5- Application is already delayed now because of the companies incompetence, but no refund will be given and nothing they can do about it being late. So tell me how I was missing my picture, or the more likely story is your handlers lost it! Issue #4-No customer service, just told I have to pay $15 to expidite mail another picture to them so they can complete the package. What!? I literally took the picture at CVS, Placed it on the paper in the documents pack, sealed it in the fedex envelope, and mailed it. How does that happen? My email address is used to create my account login, so how would my email be wrong in your system? Issue #3- They stated that the missing document was my passport picture. Issue #2-Well, I did not get any emails because they had my email address wrong. Issue # 1-Was told that I was missing something in my package and should have received an email. After sending all documents in via fed ex I hear nothing for a few weeks, so I decide to call because there is no email address to send an inquiry. ![]() I paid this company to expedite my passport due to a trip coming up. ![]()
